Design
We will have already asked for information to allow us to proceed. But before we produce our manufacturing and final site drawings we will issue you with a preliminary set for approval. From there we will be preparing materials and time allocations to meet your requirements.
Timber Frame Manufacturers
We will check with you before timber frame manufacture that you’re on track to receive delivery. Once complete and packed we will be in touch.
Delivery / Build
We will have checked any specifics relating to delivery as well as site information like scaffolding and the foundation. Once all that done we piece together our timber supply using experienced staff. Before you know it we’re done. But before we complete we will make sure you’re happy and sign everything off.

This includes self build, independent property developers, architects and construction companies. We deliver all manner of new build housing solutions from apartments to innovative designs, hotels and more in leisure.
Choosing a timber frame for your project has many benefits. The timber frame is both ecological and sustainable. It’s also a natural, energy efficient and renewable building material. We manufacture our timber frame off-site in our purpose built Lincolnshire factory. Production is timely. Uncontrollable influences over build time, including adverse weather conditions, can impact traditional methods of construction.

We were partners designing, manufacturing and installing the timber frame for the East Midlands LABC individual 2018 house of the year. The stunning self build round house design in Lincolnshire featured on the Channel 4 hit show Grand Designs. This property has won national plaudits for its complexity and eco design.
